Alicia Anthony-Zabala
BCBA - Owner
Alicia Anthony-Zabala is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She was awarded psychology student of the year in 2010. Alicia assisted on a research field study in Ghana, West Africa in the summer of 2010 to assess PTSD in Ghanaian citizens. Alicia has had many professional presentations and research projects such as “Student stalking faculty”: Impact on faculty behaviors in the classroom, Poster Presentation at National Institute on Teaching of Psychology, St. Pete Beach, Florida 2011. “Hair care for special needs clients”, Poster Presentation at Michigan Association of Applied Behavioral Analysis, Eastern Michigan University, Jackson Michigan 2012.
Alicia was accepted into an accelerated Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis at Spalding University, Louisville KY in 2012. Alicia has been working in the field of Behavior Analysis for more than a decade providing comprehensive, quality care. Alicia has worked with children and adults with Autism, fragile X and other developmental disabilities. In 2021, Alicia decided to open Missing Piece ABA with her husband George. Together they have built a company that is not only knowledgeable and bound in the principles of ABA, but also with a warm and caring environment for not only their clients and families, but also their staff. They believe it truly takes a caring team to serve their clients and families.
George Zabala

I am a graduate of UJTL University in Bogota (Colombia) with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising. I am bi-lingual in both Spanish and English. I have a wonderful son diagnosed with Autism which led me on this amazing ABA journey. I attended Florida Institute of Technology to take my required coursework to receive my BCABA certification. I am getting ready to start my coursework to complete my BCBA later this year. I currently work within Pasco county school district as a Behavior Interventionist and have in the past worked as a Behavior Specialist. I am a PCM (Professional Crisis Management) trainer. I am the co-owner of Missing Piece ABA LLC. This has been a very personal journey for me having a son on the Spectrum. I strive to help families and our clients to achieve their goals and live their lives with dignity, so that they may become independent.

Laura Klich- Henderson

Laura Klich Henderson
Originally from Ohio, Laura has also lived in North Carolina and Texas. She has lived in Florida for the past 17 years with her husband and daughter. Laura enjoys her 4 dogs, spending time at the beach, paddleboarding, and appreciating the wonderful nature of Florida. A former teacher, Laura has been working in the field of ABA for over 5 years. An area of special interest is helping school-age clients develop the skills and strategies necessary for success in the classroom. A fun fact about Laura is she and her family have traveled to every state in the US except Alaska and Hawaii!
Jillian Zyer

Jillian (Jill), Board Certified Behavior Analyst, is originally from the Chicagoland area. She earned her undergrad in 2017 from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale before relocating to Florida in 2018. Jill’s passion for helping others led her to discover the world of ABA for which she attended Ball State University in Indiana. Here she obtained her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. She has been board certified since December of 2020. In Jill’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as traveling! She enjoys getting to see the world!
Gary Kociszewski
BCaBA
Gary Kociszewski is a board certified behavior analysis (BCaBA) who has worked in the field of behavioral sciences for over 5 years. He graduated from Pasco Hernando State College with an associate degree in psychology. Gary continued his educational career at Troy University, Alabama, where he majored in neuropsychology complemented by a minor in applied behavior analysis. Gary then went on to attend Kings College London. At KCL Gary studied out of the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience which is Europe’s largest center for research and postgraduate education in psychiatry, psychology, basic and clinical neuroscience. Gary recently completed his MSc. program in neuroscience with a concentration in psychology. Gary is now enrolled at Fielding Graduate University where he will pursue a PhD. in clinical neuropsychology. Gary was an athlete throughout high school and college with a love for both basketball and football. Although Gary resides in the Tampa, FL area, he is originally from New England, “Go Patriots!”
Ashley Lowe

Hello, my name is Ashley Lowe. I have my bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. I have 4 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician but in reality, I have worked with kids my entire life, from teaching Sunday school to babysitting, to working in a classroom. I am currently learning braille, Spanish, and sign language so that I will be able to help a wider range of kids. My main interests other than my job is my faith, cooking and my cats.
Larissa Gray

Hi, my name is Larissa Gray and I live in St. Peterburg, Florida. I went to school in Ohio and Indiana for a while because I received two soccer scholarships. When in college I played soccer for five years. I was a forward player and defensive right player. My first degree was in medical office management which I received in Ohio. My second degree is in psychology anthropology which I obtained in Indiana. I also love to listen to music . I listen to reggae, reggaeton , Dancehall and Soca music. I also used to be a professional dancer when growing up, but I stopped when going to college for soccer. I did tap dance, ballet, lyrical and hip hop. In my down time, I like to go to the gym to lift weights and go to the beach to lay down and relax on the sand.

My name is Aaron Moultrie. I have been working in the field for 1 year. Before receiving my certification, I worked at a group home and day program to help clients with life skills as well as intellectual, emotional, and social development needs. I am an ambitious women and student with a desire to help others! In my free time I enjoy being outdoors. I moved from Orlando a few years ago to be closer to the beautiful beaches here in Saint Petersburg. I look forward to spreading positivity every day!

Hola, me llamo Alana! 您好,我叫魏小兰。 안녕하세요, 저는 진주입니다. Hello, My name is Alana! I love learning languages and I am currently learning: Spanish, Mandarin, and Korean! I started working with children straight out of high school because of my passion for children! I hold my National Child Development Associate (CDA). And I have worked with children for 5 years now. I love what I do, it brings me so much joy and it’s so rewarding to watch the children in my care grow.
Zachary Allan

Zachary is currently a student at USF studying political science. He has been working with kids on the autism spectrum for almost a decade. He is considering becoming a BCBA for his graduate degree. He enjoys building computers and working with 3-D printers. Zachary believes in inclusion for all people, especially those with disabilities.

I started my ABA journey in high school, where I volunteered for Special Olympics. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from USF. I’m currently enrolled in my Masters program at Florida Institute of Technology studying applied behavioral analysis and set to graduate summer of 2024. I’ve worked with children ages 2-17 in home and in clinic settings. I absolutely love working in this community and helping kiddos thrive in their environment. I enjoy going to Disney with my husband, spending time with friends, and going to the beach with my dogs!

My name is Lianet Soto. I have worked for this great company since earning my RBT certification in 2022. Before starting work in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, I worked in my country as an Art Instructor with children with special needs. Since then, my passion for this job has increased. I love to take care of others and help. Mostly individuals who require assistance for disabilities whether mental, medical, or psychological.During my free time a love to spend time with my family. I speak English and fluent Spanish. My interest to learn more about ABA is growing every day and my plan is to continue my education in this amazing field.

My name is Eric Archelus, I’ve been in the ABA game for about 5 years, I started a little bit after completing my under grad. I am currently in the masters program working on earning a masters degree in ABA. I am really excited to help people with ASD in at a greater capacity as a future analyst. I enjoy anything art related like playing music, writing, and drawing are a few of my hobbies. I’m new to the area and am looking forward to building a new normal.

Hi my name is Nicole Mixdorf. I live in Tampa Fl but originally from Panama City, FL. I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida. I have a Masters Degree in Exceptional Student Education with Applied Behavior Analysis from UWF. My plan is to become a BCBA in the near future. I have been a Registration Behavior technician for 2 years ½ years. I have experience working with children that have ADHD, DD, and ASD in clinical, school and in-home settings. I love hanging out with my friends, family and Siberian husky during my free time and attending to my garden.

My name is Samantha I enjoy the outdoors, reading and arts and crafts. I am a mother to a three year old little girl, we enjoying spending much of our time at the beach. I have had a passion working with the youth since a young age. My interest to learn ABA therapy started in my many years working in the nursing field. I believe ABA therapy can make dreams and wishes come true, to be apart of these accomplishments with the kiddos is the best accomplishment yet!
